A single-room refresh usually takes 2–3 weeks from consultation to installation. A full-home Signature project typically runs 4–6 weeks. Bespoke projects with custom furniture may take 8–12 weeks depending on lead times.

No. We source everything — furniture, textiles, lighting, and accessories — from our curated supplier network. You'll review and approve every piece before we order. We also work with items you already own.

We primarily work in the greater Washington, D.C. metro area — including Northern Virginia and Maryland suburbs. For projects outside this region, we're happy to discuss options and any associated travel considerations.

Absolutely. Many of our projects blend new pieces with what clients already love. We'll assess your current furniture during the consultation and build the design around it — only suggesting replacements where it genuinely improves the space.

Yes. The initial consultation — in your home or virtual — comes at no cost and no obligation. We'll discuss your vision, walk through the space, and give you an honest assessment of what's possible.

1. Acceptance

By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Wapagau provides residential interior design services including colour planning, lighting design, room styling, storage solutions, and full-home design. Exact scope is confirmed during consultation.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to share accurate information about your home, preferences, and budget, and to grant reasonable access to your property on agreed dates.

4. Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Late payments beyond 10 business days may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

5. Guarantees

We stand behind our work within your support window. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or third-party product defects. Liability is capped at the total project fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by Wapagau LLC. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 72 hours before a visit are fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

8. Disputes

We resolve issues through conversation first. If needed, both parties agree to the laws of the District of Columbia.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
